The key terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" means the vbsz website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and all related digital services.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Members must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit. Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

vbsz offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) must be wagered. A bonus may never be treated as direct cash.

4.2 Weekly and Monthly Offers

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Reaching a higher tier depends on the member's overall activity and betting history.

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate cancellation of membership and forfeiture of balance:

• Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• Operating two or more accounts under the same individual.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment account or details.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to operate games.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
